This is basically just a picture post for now. I made this chocolate cake last week for Chris.
I decorated it "rustic style."
It's surprisingly moist for a gluten-free cake.
It's a bit difficult to show moistness in a picture! Haha
I had surgery to fix my septum/nose on Monday, so I'm on "take it super easy" mode until Friday at least. I don't really trust myself to type up a long, coherent post while on meds, so I'll try to remember to update with the recipe sometime next week. :)
