Mini Fruit Tarts

I made some more fruit tarts! (See the Pi Day post for the recipe.)

This time I used my silicone cupcake cups instead of my mini pie pan.


There is a lot more fruit in this one compared to the others. The strawberry pie/tartlets were pretty heavy on the cream cheese. Not that I'm complaining! But these have a bit more of a healthy aspect to them. Just a bit. 



Danielle came over and helped me make them. She took these pictures for me, too. 




The layers consist of (top to bottom) three strawberry slices, two kiwi slices, and one tiny orange slice, a generous tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture, and a tablespoon of graham cracker crumb crust.
